You already know how to form a negative sentence, don't you?
Je ne sais pas...
Ha ha, subtil... bien, on va apprendre une nouvelle option maintenant, regarde :
Je ne mange pas de viande.
I do not eat meat.
Je vis sans viande.
I live without meat.
Je vis sans manger de viande.
I live without eating meat.
After sans you have several options:
sans + nom
sans + verbe à l'infinitif
Also note that you can use names and tonic pronouns:
sans Julie
sans toi
