A meditation is a practice that can achieve deep relaxation.
The goal is silence or inner emptiness, being free of any thoughts.

Our mantra for today's practice:
π letting go
Breathing normally, sit up straight, put one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest, and try to notice the connection between your belly and other muscles.
Taking in air through the nose:
π inhale
Expelling air through the mouth:
π exhale
π Feel the floor beneath you. Now breathe in deeply through your nose. And slowly exhale through your mouth. Breathe in. Exhale. Breathe in. Exhale.
π As you inhale, imagine that you are letting go of your day, of anything that is stressing you out.
π Now breathe out and repeat our mantra in your mind: βlet it goβ. Imagine that you are letting go of all your tension. Allow your body to relax.
Your head is clear, your breathing is calm. Let go of everything.
